Your project seems to work correct.
What do I need to do to see the problem?

Stupid suggestion but could it be an ad blocker?

OK just for the sake of testing can you try adding the flag icons to the page directly to see if they are visible in the browser(s)

BF - if I insert an icon lets say flat - it is visible in design-time and runtime (If that's what you are asking)

Yes that what I was asking..but it doesn't display in the dropdown for you so something is not allowing them to show.

I downloaded the project. When previewed and when published, the flags show for me. I don't see any issues.

Your demo is certainly missing the iconfont and the there is no html code on the page either for them. Also, I don't even see an CSS in the CSS files regarding font awesome. Maybe try closing WB, reloading the project and preview/publish it? Check all your settings.

You have an old version of "wb.droplist.min.js"
Please reinstall the software, so all your files are up-to-date.
