This is a lightweight solution for translate headings, text, menus, cards and other text-based objects.
First you specify which objects should be included for translation and then configure the original text and translations.

Localization Tool
Localization Tool uses a slightly different (more advanced) approach.
It can translate text based on input text, element tag, id, class or attribute.
It also has a language switcher dropdown menu. The embedded script will replace/translate text on the page based on the specified translation options.
