I can't activate the program

After replacing the hard drive in my computer, I am having problems activating WWB19. When I enter the mail and serial number, the program starts (without warning that the data is incorrect). The program has to be restarted for activation, but it opens the activation window for me again. I probably exceeded the number of activations because I formatted the hard drive and loaded the program a few times, but I only use it on one computer.
Probably need to reset the number of my activations on the server, I had the same problem a few years ago.

I don't remember the order number anymore, so I can't fill out the contact forum. What to do?
