This has nothing to do with WYSIWYG Web Builder.
To shorten a link in a web page, you need a URL shortening service such as Bitly, TinyURL.

Just checked and it's not what I want.
For example baretouch.au/hair-concerns.html I would like to use baretouch.au/hair-concerns without the extension to use in reels.
But then it won't show, it's a 404 error.
Any solutions?

You can do this by the use of an .htaccess file on your server. Help in configuring this you should contact your hosting provider.
Within the software you can use the following to remove the page extensions from links in the page then you can configure this in Tools -> Options -> Publish -> Hide file extension in links. Note this is for advanced users only.
