Your project seems to be working for me.

However, the page initial page inside the inline frame should not use the master page.

I dont know how this is displaying correctly for you

when I go do a search it opens in a new browser, not the inline frame

I tried a new inline frame, a new search element and button and still comes up the same

I had this working before

also is there a setting for the choose a word that drops down when entering a search term, the backround color of the drop down and text

Can you please remove all extensions from the project?
It will take me a lot of time to find and install those extensions.

Also, remove all pages and content that is not relavant to your question. With so many pages and content, it will take me a lot of extra time to figure out what you have done before I can start looking for a solution for you.
I just need a basic example of what you are trying to do. Not the full project.
And a description of the exact steps to reproduce the problem.

ok

I took off the extention
I left 4 pages and the search & master pages in this project file

the issue i am having trouble with is the search feature

it displays the search results in another browser window
I have it set to show search results in an inline frame

It was working but now is doing this issue

I tried to change the inline frame, the search element and the button, but still have this same issue accuring

I reuploaded new file to server with the same name so the link in last post should be ok

thanks for taking the time to look at this Pablo

On the master page, you have set the search settings to show the result in an inline frame. But the page does not have an inline frame so there is no place to show the results.
I assume, instead you want to display the search results on another page in a frame on that page?

So, on the master page you should set 'show results' to 'in another page' and in the settings select 'search-results'.

Do you mean adding a video to the page?
You can do this with the YouTube, Vimeo or Video object.

It looks like you have also updated target of the search result page. On that page the target should be the inline frame.

I've posted a template here viewtopic.php?t=93336 which has a search button on the master page (so it's on all pages). Feel free to have a look at that one (it works) and see how it's different from yours.

Is there a way to change the backround color on a search element, when you have auto complete
the drop down section where you select a word

The drop down has the same background as the input box.
Selected items have the border color.
