Menu Tree Option help

I actually did not want to ask this question because Pablo does not support extension coding question.

I have searched for option but just have to fall back here hoping for a guide.

I am building a multi level navigaion extension with menu tree option, everything worked fine - my only challenge was how to enable or implement a drop down icon (like the v-shape) but only for menu item that have submenu property. In my preview all the menu item had the "V" - drop down icon regardless of it having a submenu item.

I was able to find a solution arround that. But in the final production, when i select FontAwesome under the IconLibrary everything works fine BUT if i choose another IconLibrary ie Material Icon or anyother there is usually a wired behaviour of the margin or postionning of the icon.

Any help will be appreciated.
