hello everyone again can somebody tell me is it possible to insert responsive menu in layer without layout grid, because ive tried to do so but the menu was not responsive in small breakpoints

Yes, the menu can also be used without a layout grid.
Obviously, you will need to use breakpoints in that case.

Although it is a matter of personal choice, I from my perspective would still recommend instead of using layers try to use responsive grids and put menu on them to make the site. Everyone will recommend it because in future you will have no choice but to upgrade it with responsive framework as it is the standard now, so it is better to plan and perfect it early on.
