Program Freezing when trying to install template

I got a template from WebBuilderTemplates and tried installing it. When I go into WYSIWYG 19 and click "New Website from Template" I get an error code that says "Attempted to access an unnamed file past its end" I can hit "ok" but when I scroll through the available templates the error keeps popping up.
The worst part is, after clearing the error if I click on the template the program freezes. The only way (that I've found) to exit is to go to the Windows task manager and end task. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch? Thanks.

Maybe the template was created with a newer version?
Or maybe you did not install all extensions that are used by the template?

What does the creator of the template say about this?

I have a message into him now. You suggesting the extensions has me worried because now that I think of it, I don't think I downloaded all the extension packs I bought with the program. I think I just installed the program. All those links are expired now.

I will post back once I get a reply from the template developer.

Regarding the extensions. As the template is not from WB itself then it may be the extensions are not also but from the template developer. On the developers site it should say what if any extensions are needed to go along with it.

It does list three extensions. On 2 of them it notes that they are included...

Fantastic! I manually installed the Pace extension and the two extensions that were included with the template and now it opens without an error. Thank You!
