Problem publishing with bluehost

I'm trying to publish my site with bluehost. In order to be able to use the ftp publisher in WB I first have to create a ftp on bluehost to be able to make WB work. I can't just use the host, username, password and /public_html WB will not connect. After I make a ftp in bluehost I can connect but the files don't go to the root but create another file in the root directory. Bluehost can't figure out why this is happening and obviously i can't either. Hoping someone can help. Thank you

There are several other users that also have bluehost without any issues.
So, WWB's built-in FTP will also work with bluehost.

This is most likely a configuration issue.
To be able to help you I need your configuration and error log.
