Unable to download any extras or help doc

Post by vevawe »

Hello,
I've tried on two different browsers to download the help PDF and some of the tutorial example zip files but on Chrome it just doesn't do anything (files not showing in Downloads folder) and on MS Edge it says it can't be downloaded securely. Any helpful answers would be appreciated!

This is unrelated to the software in anyway but an issue with both browsers or any AV you have running. In Windows try disabling Ransomware and Defender temporarily.
Fir Edge browser see the following

For Chrome

Hey! I’ve run into similar issues before. Clearing the cache and cookies usually does the trick for me. Sometimes, just adjusting the browser settings to allow downloads helps too. If you’ve got another device lying around, it might be worth a shot.
