adding Meta Tags in V19

I used to be able to add meta tags aimed at Facebook to insure FB used the image of the page I wanted as well as a title and description (the caption below the image) Before V19 I could enter the meta tag text in the Page HTML tool in the area below under "Between <head>... and the text would be entered just below the <head> tag Now, in v19 it is entered below all the java scripts near the end of the </head>. Will FB stiil find the text there? How can I insert it where it used to go? Sample Text is below (the party:#################### doesn't matter)

<meta property="og:type" content="website" />
<meta property="og:title" content="Want to change County Government?" />

You can still insert them by Page Properties and inserting into Meta Tags>Meta Tags>User Define
