ScrollSpy in the CSS menu does not work

Please help me solve a small problem.
In the project (link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Zxs ... ue&sd=true ) The ScrollSpy option does not work on the Products page in the CSS menu.
What could be the problem?

There are two errors:
- the selected jQuery version should be 'jQuery 3.7.1'
- the bookmark links should refer to the current page.
not Products->Bookmark1 , because this indicates a link to another page.
