Sitemap and properties tools docking

I had the Sitemap and properties toolboxes docked on my screen, but on the right hand side of my UI. Somehow i have ruined that setting and now all i can do is dock them on the left along side the object manager.

Can anyone tell me how to dock them back on the right without having them floating?
The good thing about them being docked on the right is the window showing my webpages was shrunk to fit inside the docked toolbars but now they are floating, the right hand side of the page is hidden behind the toolbars.
