Software doesn't start after new install

Hi,
On a new install, the first square window loads to get the font and start the software then crashes.
Please advise anybody, can't start the software.

Maybe your firewall or Windows ransomware protection blocks the software?
Try to add 'webbuilder.exe' to the exception list.
