Hi there,
I am using WYSIWYG 18.
I have had my site up and running for over 4 years without issue.
Yesterday I made a very small adjustment to one of my pages and uploaded my site and since then the logo or the images on the menu bar are missing. They are still showing in the file manager in CPanel so they are there, but they are not being uploaded to the newer
And I have the following report >>

The above is repeated about 15 times, I did try and upload it in active mode, but made things worse as in the entire homepage no longer shows online. Other pages in the site still show, but they have not been updated recently. Only the Master Page and Index Page.
I am currently reuploading it in passive mode in the hope that it works and the site shows up but I can see there is still issues with the program as it tries to upload. It also takes over 10 minutes to upload when usually its less than a minute.
No, now my homepage is now no longer showing up at all, that was a mistake, I am getting the same messages, but it says uploaded successfully at the end >>

I did have a similar problem about a month ago, but the following day it seem to fix itself, this has been happening for 36 hours already.
Any pointers to try and look at would be great, thank you for your time,
Martin.
I would like to add that when I now check my public_html folder in Cpanel, it is showing that the home page has 0 bytes, I have deleted that file and trying to upload a fresh copy but again getting the above errors.
Homepage not showing up.

Re: Homepage not showing up.
I fixed it by directly uploading a back up version of my site directly through CPanel and that worked, so site it up and running again,
Thank you
Thank you
Re: Homepage not showing up.
Based on the log it looks like the data connection is blocked.
Usually, this is a firewall related issue.
Try to add 'webbuilder.exe' to the exception list.
But it's also possible your web host no longer supports standard FTP for security reasons.
In that case change the configuration to SFTP or FTPS.
