Im afraid the computer was destroyed in the hurricane here in NC and I have no way of getting to the back up
thats why I sent the Files I downloaded from the Hosting site I just don't know how to get them all together to work on the site again?

Didn't you make any backups of the wbs file?
If you do not have a backup files then you will need to rebuild your website.
