PNG

Post by alessandrovle »

I am new to WYSIWYGWB and I wonder if this is expected and I am doing something wrong.
I don't manage to upload PNG images to to a Layout Grid. It accepts JPG and GIF without problems but with PNG first it says image not found and then it disappears altogether.

Thank you,

Alessandro

It actually seems that it depends on the files. It works with other PNGs and it does not work with another JPG. What can it be the reason?

Maybe the filenames are invalid? Like using spaces?

No, because now I re-exported the pictures and it works. But I don't know why...
I did not change anything. The names are not starting with a number and don't have spaces or symbols.

As BaconFries mentioned it could help if you make a setup that doesn't work well and maybe a pattern can be discovered.
