Hello Pablo,
My Extension Manager does not seem to be showing newly installed extensions, as well as in the toolbox, after I've reset & customize selected. I've been downloading and transferring the zip files to the "C:\Users\scrib\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\extensions" folder. I extract them and they appear to install. For example, "mobiletouchgallery" installs in "C:\Program Files (x86)\WYSIWYG Web Builder 12\lightbox\mobiletouchgallery" but not visible in the Extension Manager or revised in the Toolbox. I've gone thru the tutorial and extension troubleshooting section and am in a stalemate with this. Please help me to understand where I'm misunderstanding the fundamentals here. Thank you.

Re: Can't see updated Extension installations
First note that version 12 is very old and no longer supported.
mobiletouchgallery is not an extension. It's a lightbox, so it will only show up in places where lightboxes can be used like in the gallery.

Re: Can't see updated Extension installations
As Pablos reply it is not an "Extension" it is one of the many available Lightbox addons for the Photo Gallery and Slide Show. You will only see it when you either use them. See the following tutorial on how to use Adding a lightbox gallery to yourbut not visible in the Extension Manager or revised in the Toolbox

Re: Can't see updated Extension installations
Thank you both for your replies. I've made some limited progress. I can now install the extensions via the Extension Manager, but at the very least, the installation for the wwb_lightcase appears to be funky. I've added added 4 additional screenshots (same link where I previously posted on my Google Drive). For starters, as shared earlier, the default installation is in the Program Files (X86) and not in the Programs File folder itself. Each time, I've had to change to install in the Lightbox folder in the Programs File Folder. (The system default in "Files & Folders" is C:\Users\scrib\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder) What happens is that the installation files manifest OUTSIDE the Lightbox Folder. You had confirmed that the installation files should be completely contained in the respective folder. Subsequently, I moved these files to the JS folder (odd name for lightcase) - but still no success with getting it to work as a object sub-choice in Lightbox. I now am having problems getting Fancybox, Slimbox etc. to change to their respective layouts and I'm completely striking out on getting any titles or captions to work. I believe you indicated there are no captions for Fancybox but the layout does not change at all. I drag the Photo Gallery grid onto the work area and then load the pictures - tried this both inside and outside the grid layout box, as well. In the screenshots, I've given you pictures of what I'm experiencing, as well as the in the lightbox file structure folder in the Program Directory folder as well as the Extensions folder in the WYSIWYG documents extension folder. Using the Extension Manager to download the Jquery extensions, I'm clueless where these are getting installed to - neither the Program Files (x86) or Program Files folder, but have also provided you with a screenshot of the extensions folder in the Documents/Wyswyg folder. I've read thru the Extension Manager, Responsive Web Design & "Adding a Lightbox" instructionables a number of times and try to leverage every word you respond with. Perhaps I inadvertently thru something out of wack - yet, it doesn't make sense to me why "JS" will be the name of the folder for "lightcase" where in "Slimbox" and "prettyPhoto, "JS" is a sub-folder within its main folder which emulates the correct extension name. I also ponder if I've inadvertently damaged the "Lightbox Folder" or some of the sub-folders. At least some of the function seemed to be working the other day, but I was using the Gallery 4 Layout Grid from the "Blocks Section." If I did screw up something in the folder hierarchy, is there a way I can run some type of repair? Understand that I've reset and customized the toolbox to keep that current. Thank you again for your assistance and to break this stalemate. Best, Bill
P.s. In Page Properties, my only choices are "fancybox," "magnificpopup" and "prettyPhoto".

Noted on MobileTouchGallery. I will remove that. Thank You!
Re: Can't see updated Extension installations
I still think you are mixing up different features.
Light boxes are not extensions, so they should not be installed via the extension manager.
I have created a setup for each lightbox to make it easier to copy the files to the right folder.
Please read this:
https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/lightboxes.html
Also, keep in mind that these are third party script, so they are provided "AS IS".
Each lightbox script is different and has it's own set of features.
