Pop-up Link Selections - Rel box in Image Link Properties

I'm configuring my photos for popup configuration in the textblock "Text and Images-4 columns." Should I checkmark the Rel box: "nofollow"? The other checkboxed options "noopener," & "noreferrer" seem to be for somebody designing a malicious website? These are strictly to open in a pop-up window.

Since I'm designing this as part of a Responsive website, should I shooting for about a proportion encompassing 1200 pixels or less - so that the image popup doesn't look overbearing in the tablet or mobile phone dimensions? Thank you!
