Hi Pablo.

I'm sorry to bother you, but today I upgraded to version 20 but now all my font sizes have changed, (it looks fine in the editor but they change when published). This never happened in previous upgrades, see image!

This is most likely related to the DPI configuration.

My user options interface looks a little different, but as you can see it's already ticked. As I said it looks fine in the editor but something is not getting published correctly. I've reverted back to the version 19 for the live site which works fine.

Based on your screenshot High DPi support is not enabled.
