Location of Close on pop-up Dialog

Post by skanaba »

Hi, We got the Dialog pop up to work but now we see that an "X" is in the middle of the Dialog box with the text "Close" at the top. This "X" is interfering with the content. Any ideas on how to only see the "X" in the header of the Dialog box...rather than the "Close" text? Here is the website's Home page where the Dialog box pops up: https://aptra.net/ Thank you!, Steve

I cannot see what you have done based on the published page (HTML), because the software has thousands of options and millions of possible combinations.
So, there is no way to know which options you have used by looking at the HTML only.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.
Also, please include a description how to reproduce this problem.

For further details about how to share a project file, please see this FAQ:

Hi Pablo, ok...I have uploaded the .wbs file...here is the link: http://aptra.net/APTRA_V03-WB_01-01-25.wbs
When viewing the website, you can see that the text, Close is in the header, and an X is in the middle of the content.

It works when I preview the page locally. So. the project looks ok.

This usually means that you did not publish all files to the server.

Hi Pablo, you are absolutely right! A folder named "base" had an earlier date so I did not upload it originally. Now the X is in the right place.
Thank you! Steve
