layer tranparent in breackpoint

I make a layer appear via the events of an icon but at the lower stopping points it is transparent even though it has a white background by default.
despite the fact that I published it and at each breakpoint copy/pasted the style and set the white background manually at each breakpoint
only its content is visible

Where are we supposed to be looking at on the page? What icon are we to press to see it? It would probably be best to provide a demo project of your issue to look at.

I unchecked the “include visibility (rwd)” box of the layer.
