How would I do this menu style in WWB?

If you go here https://www.thefarside.com/ and scroll down, the menu disappears and you are left with an icon on the left side (not in phone mode). Hover over the icon abd the menu reappears.

How would I do something like that in WWB?

There is no standard option for this. But you can try to implement this with scroll transitions and control the opacity.
