I just updated my WWB Version to 20.1.1 today.
Now, the forms that I prepared last week and tested, tested, and tested and was working perfectly, is no longer working. Upon submission, it is now bringing me to the error page. It should be bringing me to the success page.
I have looked everything over and everything is exactly as it should be. I have uploaded all updated files to the server upon publishing.
The ONLY change that was made at my end was upgrading the software.
Here is a link to the project. I stripped everything off of it except the form.
https://www.websitesbybarbara.com/testforms.zip
Here is a link to Form 1 on the website: https://www.calcollierescue.org/page1.php
This form is stripped of just about everything.
Here is a link to Form 2 on the website: https://www.calcollierescue.org/page2.php
Here is a link to Form 2 that was integrated into the website page (form + site template): https://www.calcollierescue.org/adoptionappl.php
This form, in its entirety, had been working perfectly until today, after the upgrade.
Updated files published to the website, after the upgrade are:
wwb20.min.js
wb.validation.min.js
jquery-1-7-2-min.js
moment.min.js
jquery-3.7.1.min.js
bootstrap-datetimepicker.min.js
bootstrap-datetimepicker.min.css
SMTP.php
PHPMailer.php
Exception.php
page2.php
page2.php
Please note: I did not upload a new adoptionappl.php file as nothing had changed on that page. The only changes where the above files that we re-published when I published page 1 and page 2.
Can you please look into what is causing this issue?
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you.

Re: Ver. 20.1.1 Form Issue
There are no major changes to forms in this (small) update. This is not an upgrade.
Also, none of the files you mentioned have been changed compared to the previous version.
What exactly does not work?
What is the error message?
Please read the 'very important note' if you need further assistance:

Re: Ver. 20.1.1 Form Issue
The form, when submitted, goes to the error.html page on the website. It's not an error message, it's an error page.
It is supposed to go to the success page.
Did you try the form at your end? If so, where did it land when you hit submit?
As stated, there was nothing wrong with this page yesterday. This just started today AFTER I upgraded to 20.1.1

Re: Ver. 20.1.1 Form Issue
Can I uninstall the upgrade that I did this morning and re-install just Ver. 20? Will the software work after that?

It looks like you have updated the title of your topic.
Does this mean you solved it?
What did you change to make it work?
Also, did you add ##error## to the error page, as mentioned in the FAQ?

I am guessing you are not understanding the difference between an Error Page on a website and an Error Message.
I did not get an Error Message, I was sent to my Error Page. The error page can stay anything I decided to put on it.
The issue was Go Daddy server. The forms were working for over a week, then starting yesterday, Go Daddy's server was no longer processing the forms. I don't know why, and I really don't care. My client will be leaving Go Daddy soon.

Yes, I do. It looks like you did not read the FAQI am guessing you are not understanding the difference between an Error Page on a website and an Error Message.

On the error page, you can display an error message (by adding ##errror###) which may give more details about what ois soirng,.
Because, usually is not an error caused by the software.

Thank you for providing this information. Although YES, you did provide me a link to your FAQ page, I didn't know what I was supposed to be looking for. By providing me with the info about ##error## I was able to add that to the Error Page and received an SMTP error. This is what I thought it was, as Go Daddy is one of the worse platforms to host websites that I have ever encountered.Pablo wrote: Sat Apr 12, 2025 3:48 pmYes, I do. Fortunately my client will be leaving Go Daddy soon, so this won't be an issue with the new hosting company they are moving to.
