Problem with Footer and Contact

Wysiwyg Web Builder v-20.1.1 (4/11/25).

My revised web pages have two problems.

The master_index sets the page size at 970 X 1000. If the page content is less that the bottom of the page the floating footer is at the bottom of the page. However, if the age content is longer than the bottom of the page, some lines lf the content appear below the floating footer.

The top of the contract page is corupted.

These problems are rather vexing as the previous version of the web site was created with a previous version of the Wysiswyg Web Builder.
