Hamburger Icon Tool Tip Question:

Hello folks,

I have created my website with a Panel Menu and a Hamburger icon. Looking at another forum thread I viewed the the link below posted by Pablo:

My question is how do I insert the animated text that appears stating "Click the hamburger icon to open menu", and then disappears when the hamburger icon is clicked?

Is this a selection or a script that is somewhere in web builder? I am currently using web builder 17.
