I write HTML code to 'End of Page' but it's output to 'Before </body>'.

It seem to work correct for me.
Maybe you have enabled formatting options in Tools -> Options- > HTML.
This may re-arrange the HTML depending on your settings.

Do you have a DEMO project?

I think he was looking in the wrong place. The screenshot shows the DOM tree. He should have been looking at the source code.
