getting a message from browser when accessing one of my site

it says checking browser before accessing at the top of the screen

never saw this before, it is only happening with one of my sites
but it does occur on different machines different browsers (chrome & microsoft) and in different locations

I would suggest that's your service provider. Nothing to do with WWB

Hello,

From what I see when trying to access the site this implies that OCSP Stapling is being used by the server in question.
That process seems to be failing at the server end so the browser cannot verify the TLS certificate and therefore does not trust the host.

This may be a temporary issue or something your hosting service needs to address.

I didnt thing it was software
I will contact hosting company again on this
