I have about 360 web pages that I have had to create outside wysiwyg web builder.
Unfortunately, there is no structure to them ie no index page.
If I use the Import HTML page facility it only lets me specify and import 1 page at a time.
Is there any way I can specify to import all 360 in one command?

Re: Importing Multiple html pages
I think the first thing you need to note is that WYSIWYG Web Builder is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator. Its purpose is a visual layout design program. This means that the HTML doesn't exist till published. Whereas with the likes of HTML Editors the HTML is always available to modify.
Have you read the following on Importing HTML you can set the number of pages to "Import" greater than "1" it will run recursively and take a lot of time if extremely large as yours is. Also note it will only "Import" text and images no scripts (javascript/php etc) as they will be ignored this is also documented. In most instances you may need to simply rebuild from scratch if the pages are more complex than just text and images for the best results.
