Description:
This is similar to the Gallery Effects extension I created. Typically in a card container, when you hover over a card there is some sort of animation on that card. In this case, I wanted all of the other cards in the card container to have a simple transition effect except for the card I was hovering over. Maybe you'll find it useful too!
