Any One See This?

Post by MojoBoogie »

After this last update i get an error when starting the software. Looks like its trying to phone home.
Not running any VPNs and network hasn't changed.

Maybe you have enabled 'check for updates'?
When this option is enabled, the software will connect to the website to check for a newer version.

I get the long white screen on the laptop when i start the software that has a lot of code in it. You have to click the X to load the software.
A long time ago this was an issue that came up. :!: Ok, for some weird reason Bitdefender dropped the white list on the software.
I re-white listed it and know works like it should. :!:

I think it's an error indicating that your computer cannot access the website to check for updates.

To fix this:
- add webbuilder.exe to the exception lost of your firewall / virus scanner
or
- disabled 'check for updates'
