Once again I'm stumped with my menu and some text changes when I preview it vs when I publish it. I've added a couple of screen shots for reference. Cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no difference between preview and publish. In both cases, the exact same files will be generated.
Did you publish all files?
Also, it looks like you have added custom code, this may affect the behvaior of the page.
