When trying to create a database associated with an authentication module, I get the message: "No FTP profile was detected. Please create one."

You can create a FTP profile in the publish settings.

Re: How to create FTP profile
If you're using a web hosting control panel like cPanel or Plesk, look for an option under 'FTP Accounts' or 'FTP Profiles'. Create a new one there with your username, password, and home directory, then link it to your project.
