Met welke tool kan ik een .swf bestand afspelen?

There is no tool this is because "Flash" .swf is no longer supported in many if not all browsers. Adobe ceased support as of 2020. You will also find that it is not installed on "Modern" PC's and it is/was recommended to remove "Flash Player" for security reasons also .swf is not compatible with the likes of Android and iOS devices.
