Overlapping objects/sections/graphics

Post by Vanim8 »

In a system named WYSIWYG you would think that populating a page with objects and images, sections and columns, would result in them staying where they are once published (hence the what you see is what you get). I'm not experiencing that. I started with a simple template to have a head start on composition. I replaced all of the images and elements with my material. Everything looks great in the editor and most of it stays where it is when preview published. One section (and everything below it) rides up over the sections above it. How do I get this one section to be underneath the previous section above it once published just as it does in the edit screen? I don't see what I get and that is upsetting. I've been using WYSIWYG since version 6, 8, etc. and just upgraded to the most current version. Everything works differently now and I'm not feeing the efficiency at the moment!

Without seeing what you have done it difficult to say. Please provide a demo (.wbs) project so it can be viewed and help given.
