Hide file extension for internal links check box

I select checkbox to 'Hide file extension for internal links' in the option/publish/advanced menu and close the program. When i re-open it the box is unchecked. Do I have to manually check that box each time i upload a page to have this feature on? Why is it not staying checked.?

The option is set for each project separately. So, if you open another project then it may be unchecked.

Thanks for your reply. Nope....each time i open the program with the same project. The box is unchecked again. However, I haven't published any files yet with it checked yet. Does that make a difference? Will it stay checked after publishing?

Are you opening with the correct version of the software?. Asking this as you have asked can you run WWB19/20 at the same time..perhaps you have set in one and not in the other.

I cannot find anything wrong with this option. It works correct for me.

If you need further assistance then please share a demo project and describe the exact steps to reproduce the problem.
