Associate PayPal account my website

So I have created a button inside of a card and created an event that is e-commerce with PayPal checkout. Everything is working fine until you go to check out with PayPal and it gives an error. I haven't seen a place to associate my PayPal account with my website. In the old PayPal buy it now button there's a place you can enter this but not with this new way of doing it.. Where should I be looking?.

You can set the PayPal account in Tools -> Options -> Ecommerce
