What's the bet way to do a Dialog pop-up that collects e-mails for mailing list? I'm loving the Dialog tool (like what you see when you visit my website https://travisjconsulting.com ) , but how could I make the same thing:
1) Lower-down on the page that does not show up until user scrolls to it; like maybe utilizing the built-in javascript "Events", "onscollreveal" and "onscrolhide" accordingly)
2) Just gets users to input their e-mail address into an InputBox
3) End-user hit "Submit" to get e-mailed to me
4) Looks good across all breakpoints (1366, 1024, 768, 320)
5) Has a responsive image as its background?

1. You can use events to show the dialog on scroll
2. The dialog can be configured as form to collect data.
3. Add a 'submit' button, just like a standard form.
4. Dialog are responsive. You can either use breakpoints to adjust the layout or make it flexible
5. You can set a background in the style properties. If you set it to 'cover' then it will be 'responsive'
