Re: protected content button
If the button is not displayed then make sure 'Easy Mode' is not active.

Re: protected content button
Thanks a lot, my friends, but:
(1) I do not want to log in with a password -- just to hide (protect) one section on my single page website
(2) Th "easy mode" is NOT enabled but the protected content button doesn't show up

Re: protected content button
What version of the software are you using? Protected Content was added to the program as of WWB18 so if you are using anything earlier it will not be available.

Re: protected content button
'Protected content' was designed to be used in conbination with the login tools, so the user needs to login with a password. That is the whole point of this feature.
If you need further assistance then please share screenshot of what you see so I can point you in the right direction.

Re: protected content button
As Pablo has written you need to use both in combination this is why I gave links to both.(1) I do not want to log in with a password -- just to hide (protect) one section on my single page website
But if you are just looking to stop users copying copying the content on the oage there is a noright click script which can be found at the following Click on Insert --> Miscellaneous --> Ready to use javascripts
