Getting an error about filenames for JS files but how do I change the filenames in WWB as it is not a normal file.

These are not names of files that are included with WWB.
It looks like have accidentally made a copy of files and Windows gave the files a different name.
You will need to go to the folder where you have place these files and rename them there.
They are either in the Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder\lightbox folder or in
Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\lightbox

Yes that would be it, one drive automatically updates the files and could have created duplicates.
