CANNOT ACTIVATE SOFTWARE

Hello,
I have webbuilder 5 and havent used it for a while and went to use it and for some reason I needed to activate it again. Tried to activate yet it wont activate (see image below). Turned off all anti virus software yet still issues. What can I do to activate the software?

Also how do I change my old registration email address to my new email address. ??

First please note WWB5 is no longer supported as it is extremely old 18yrs and really not suitable for todays modern browsers. You may be able to ask for your serial by using the following but this will require the original email address used.

WB5 is an outdated version that is incompatible with modern browsers.

However, it still functions as it did when you first used it.
If you're unable to activate the license, it's likely due to the software relying on outdated system components, such as Internet Explorer (not secure).
Adding webbuilder.exe to the firewall / virusscanner exception list may help resolve the issue.
