Corrupt file?

Post by Joel »

Hi,

Just upgraded to version 20.
Regardless of what I do, mobile version is completely disformed https://vivajewels.au/index.html

I do admit I was playing with fonts trying to instal new ones and now they're still showing even if I deleted them from everywhere, my laptop files included.
Still not sure if that's the problem.

Should I re instal the program again?

For me, it looks like in your image.
Maybe you will need to clear your browser cache?

I've been clearing the cache on my mobile every single time before I view it since last night.
The moment I add any text this is what I am getting https://vivajewels.au/as-it-shows.html
This is what it should be https://vivajewels.au/as-it-should-be.html

For me, your website project works ok.

Are you sure you have published all files?

Yes, I'm sure.
I really think I need to uninstall it and download it again. How many times can I download the software?

There is no limit to the number of downloads.

The latest versions is available here:

I do not think your file is corrupt. If it works for me, then it should also work for you. It's just a very basic layout.

Hi,
I REALLY need help. Uninstalled and reinstalled WYSIWIG last night.
Then put some images and everything was fine.
Then added some more and AGAIN all went sour. I am talking about cell phone/mobile phone browser.
I wasted three days and nights so far trying to work out what is wrong. Even the phone number link is showing in a wrong style.

It should be like that https://vivajewels.au/page2.html but it is like that https://vivajewels.au/page1.html

Your WBS file contains no images. You need to include the folder as well as the .wbs file - make a Zip file.

Your project works fine for me locally and when published, so something is wrong with your publishing /upload.

Here is what it looks for me:

Thank you and sorry for all the mix-up. It looks like I need a new mobile.
