Hello. Long time since my last visit.
I am sure this is as simple as finding the right button.
I am using a Textured background from the WYSIWYG menu.
I would like it to be fixed so scrolling up and down it remains stationary.
Obviously, the default is to move with the page.
Would be really appreciate if someone can head me in the right place to fix the background.

You can set the background image to 'fixed' in the properties.
