Are you saying you are manually writing these tags?. If so then you do not need to do so. The title

is automatically written in the html as for paragraph

when you drag and drop the text object to the page these will be added when you select the output to paragraph.
If you add a header object or footer then again they will both use the appropriate semantic tag for them
</header

you do not need to write them.
Another use of semantic tag is to use the likes of headings (not to be confused with headers) such as

. Also another semantic is

is used in the likes of menus again you do not need to write anything the software will generate all this.
Note you will only ever need one title
the same is for
as a multiple use will cause browser confusion and it is also bad seo.
