How to insert a image in General Questions New Topic

I like to get some help on a problem.
I was going to post a "New Topic" in General Questions and wanted to add a couple of screen shots.
But not sure how to do that task. I see the Icon for image but, can't add it.
Can someone provide instructions

Uploading to the forum is disabled for security reasons. If you wish to share the likes of a screenshot you can upload it to your own host/server and provide a url or use the following https://imgbb.com/ Or if you have the likes of One drive, Google drive then you can use them and provide a url
