The user must enter there age in a text box to confirm they are old enough.
If user is below minimum age they are told they are under minimum age and redirects them to a URL you specify.
If user meets the minimum age they are told they have passed and the page the extension is on will then load.
You maybe thinking anyone can type an age above the minimum age. Yes you are correct, but some countries require you by law to have some sort of age verification on web pages/web sites that have content that may not be good for minors etc. With this script you would be notifying the user the page to be displayed requires a minimum age etc, maybe due to the web page content that would be shown.
How to Use
Simply place the age verification popup box on every page that you require a user to meet a minimum age before viewing the page.

Configuration Properties: (script properties)
* You can specify the minimum age user must be.
* You can specify the URL the user is redirected to if they fail to meet the minimum age.
* You can specify they age prompt text.
* You can specify the text shown to user if they fail the minimum age.
* You can specify text shown after user has successfully verified there age
When Usser tries to access page that has the extension on: (text changeable by you)

If user does not pass the verification they get a : (text changeable by you)

If user passed age verification the page loads.
If user fails age verification they are directed to a page specifed by you.
You could re-direct to other websites maybe or create your own age verication failed page with maybe some information on saying why they failed age verification etc, up to you.
There is many possibilities with this extension.
If the user disables javascript they will be able to access the page without warning. Obviously you may find this pointless but many people have Java enabled nowadays and it is not meant to be a fully pledged verification system, it is just a way to ask someone there age 'alerting them the content they are about to see may not be suitable etc'.
For example. In the USA it is the law to have to verify there age before entering websites such as nudity etc. It helps you stay within the law and is in the way of notifying user before accessing page. For example your minimum age maybe 18 for the page, the person maybe 30 yet may not want to see such content, this gives them the option to verify age and continue or not to verify age and leave web page.
Hope you like and enjoy!

Mathew
