Introducing:

Many improvements to layers:
- Create scalable layouts!
- Create scrollable layouts (without the need for inline frames)!
- Alignment of layer contents (left, center, right) independent of page alignment.
- plus more

New login features:
- Added the ability to make an account active/not active in the administrator section.
- Added 'admin approval' option to signup object, so new accounts must be actived by the administrator after signup.
- Added admin email notifcation to signup object. Sends a copy of the signup confirmation email to the administrator.
- Added new 'Single page protect' object. Protect a singe page with a password without the need of setting up a database.
You can either use PHP (server side protection) or Javascript encryption (client side protection, no PHP required).

Extensions
- Added the ability to manually install extensions through the Extension Manager (through 'Install' button or drag & drop!).
