I Tested OSTicket and Hesk and Hesk won it !!!

OSTicket is very usefull however it misses something.

Os ticket has not what hesk has : A database for customers to search in of all the tickets submitted. This makes hesk a very usefull ticket system. Because it builds also a faq database of all the tickets and their answers.

For the rest they are completely the same.

The helpagent latest version if from 2008, i cannot find support or new developments since that date. Thus I still would prefer the hesk ticket and knowlegdebase system or the osticket system.
