Navigation Extensions updated.

- Added support for email and file links to all extensions.
- Bootstrap Navigation Bar: Added support for transparent backgrounds in Bootstrap Navigation Bar.
- Bootstrap Navigation Bar: If a button only has one link, then the button will be used as the link instead of showing a drop down menu.
