Looking for a hassel free host for my client

My client is looking for a hassle free host...can anyone suggest?

I will appreciate suggestion if you have already tried that host personally for some duration of time
Price is a concern for the client and hostgator.com is expensive for him. He wants to buy minimum for 3-5 years

Contacted 1&1 they packages are great but only problem is client in his current hosting has about 2gb data which he wants to be shifted too...but 1& 1 lady said they dont offer this service

I have been with Freeola.com for years, unlimited emails and unlimited webspace. Not sure if its worldwide or just UK.
